Improving patient care and outcomes is a huge task that requires
the buy-in and cooperation of many stakeholders, including
physicians, employers, insurers and consumers. That's why
the Partnership for Peak Healthcare Performance (PPHP) created
a multi-stakeholder Leadership Team, a Physician Advisory
Council and five working committees. These groups include
representatives from each of the participating stakeholder
groups who plan and oversee implementation of various components
of the PPHP project. A project manager coordinates the committees'
work, and manages the overall project.
The Partnership for Peak Healthcare Performance is a program
of the Dallas-Fort Worth Business Group on Health. Support
for the PPHP is provided by in-kind services from various
Supporting Organizations, funding from several pharmaceutical
companies, and grants from national and regional foundations.
