The Partnership for Peak Healthcare Performance (PPHP), started
in 2007 by the Dallas-Fort
Worth Business Group on Health (DFWBGH), collaborates
with physicians, employers, health plans, and consumers to
improve the quality of outpatient care in the DFW area. The
PPHP's current focus is on diabetes care. Learn

In May 2009, the PPHP mailed baseline DFW Diabetes Care Reports
to about 1,300 physicians showing their 2007 results for a
small number of quality measures related to diabetes care.
Reports showing calendar year 2008 results mailed in October,
2010. These Diabetes Care Reports initiate an information
exchange with physicians to engage them with the PPHP in evaluating
and improving the quality of diabetes care in DFW. The links

participate in this process.
